Chantal Eastwellchantal eastwell is one of the founding directors of the salon. passionate about customer service, she plays a leading role in training others to deliver our vision. helping clients look and feel fantastic at both biggleswade and letchworth on tuesdays and thursdays, chantal has a warm and friendly way that enables her to get the best from every client’s hair. nobody ever leaves without booking their next appointment!

 

Danny Eastwelldanny eastwell founded the salon with wife chantal back in september  1987. a hairdresser first - business owner second - danny spends tuesdays in management meetings but the rest of the week hairdressing. creativity and innovation are all-important in today’s hairdressing and you will find no lack of either when you book an appointment with danny. click here to see danny's diary.

 

Gary Brinklergary brinkler joined the salon in 1992 and later became a partner in the business. a hugely talented hairdresser, with a great client following throughout herts and bedfordshire, you’ll find gary in letchworth on a monday, wednesday and friday, and biggleswade on thursdays and some saturdays.

 

Oliver Eastwelloliver eastwell joined the business in 2000, after five years studying design at the london college of fashion. oliver has a very broad approach to hairdressing, with a great eye for colour and a real flair for ‘hair-ups’ and wedding hair. a valuable part of our creative team, oliver is based at the salon saffron walden, with some mondays at letchworth.

 

kirsty warburton is a long standing member of the biggleswade team - not only one of its top stylists, but one of the busiest too. Fantastic at precision haircuts, she also holds the prestigious wella master colour award.

 

jane hooper is our most requested stylist - throughout the whole group. available four days a week at our saffron walden salon, she has a brilliant reputation as a very skilled stylist and a precise colourist.

 

Hayley Silsbyhayley silsby is one of letchworth’s busiest stylists and another of our wella master colour award holders. she has a huge client base, who keep coming back for fantastic, precision haircuts and creative colours. hayley also is a qualified raccoon hair extension specialist.

 

Jodie Williamsjodie willams has worked with England's best competition stylists, she now heads up our creative team. jodie is a very innovative stylist and fantastic at wedding hair. she also holds the wella master colour award.

 

Heidi Porterheidi porter has now taken over the position of salon manager in our biggleswade salon and brings with her the master colour award and a wealth of creative talents including racoon hair extensions, wedding hair and creative cutting.

 

James Smithjames smith started in letchworth six years ago and is now a team manager at saffron walden. a very popular stylist with a fast growing client base, james works closely with james mayes in the salon creative team, focusing on our men's collection in 2009.

 

Donna Harriesdonna harries has been a valuable part of the salon letchworth team since 1992 - an excellent stylist and a key member of our training team. available thursdays and fridays, she was the first of our stylists to gain the wella master colour award and set a high standard with 99% in her final exam.

 

Nina Bradleynina bradley is an nvq qualified assessor and wella master colour award holder. Nina is assistant manager in our biggleswade salon and as a qualified therapist does manicures, eye treatments and make-up. when not training or doing beauty services, nina is also the front of house manager at the biggleswade salon.

 

katie smith is overall manager of our letchworth salon, looking after 13 stylists and five assistants. yet she still finds time to run a busy client list of her own. excellent at men’s hair, with a huge ladies cut and colour clientele, you won’t find a more relaxed stylist anywhere.

 

Helen Cairnshelen cairns became manager of our biggleswade salon in 1999, then took a family break before rejoining the salon group as head of training in 2007. always willing to learn, helen went back into training herself last year in search of a wella master colour award. together with nina, we believe we have two of the best trainers in the area. helen also works one day a week in our letchworth salon.

 

Simon Wantsimon want is our leading senior colour technician, and as of 2010 became our wella master colour specialist. when asked what it takes to become a colour specialist, simon's answer was ‘passion, dedication and an ability to be able to think outside the box’. simon works to the same diary as danny.
